Yes, this model values all inputs that comprise the business as equal and as equally valuable. New paradigm business models, or “5D” business models, are no longer about the pyramidal structure. This will feel scary to those invested in the hierarchical structure. But it will be exciting to the rest of us.

There are several keys to operating this sort of model, and one of them is consciousness.

An idea, becomes manifest through the synergy of people, money and action from the center and as it gets projected out into the field or marketplace those benefiting exchange energy back to the center where it becomes regenerated and sent out again. In this model true sustainability occurs when the amount of energy received is equal to or greater that the energy released into the marketplace. Thus it allows the energetic system to expand. This raises several questions about conversation of energy which I would like to explore more with you.
