Letting Go
Crashing to the ground, ending. The pain of the change, the pain of what is washing away.
This is the pain of deconstruction.
We hold on to this pain, wanting what was old to stay in form.
And all this does is create more.
More pain, more deconstruction, as a reverberating effect of the holding.
Are you brave enough to let go?
Are you brave enough to move on?
Are you brave enough to start over?
Are you brave enough to start again?
Techniques for letting go are helpful.
But first we have to know we are holding on at all.
Usually we don’t, because we are in denial.
We are in denial of our world, falling apart.
Some may wonder why I call these energies physics.
But it is all about the particles of energy that we are created from.
What we do not understand is how we create every day.
And how these creations fill our energies, our thoughts and emotions, over time.
These aren’t nothing.
These are the invisible particles of the light spectrum which we play with, unknowing.
These are the dynamics of our human energy field.
They are stuff of great substance, even though we cannot see them.
Do you want to create something new?
Are you willing to go to the beginning and allow all of what was to free from its bonds.
Because that is truly starting again.
Fresh and new.
