– A strong horizontal line has been present for days at between 3-4 hertz on the Schumann spectrogram.
– This is at the level of our unconscious / subconscious / dreamtime / intuitive brain wave hertz.
Inspired Energy – Thought Loops, Projections and Awakening
– We can have ‘thought loops’ and mental patterns that constantly operate in the background of our thinking, at a subconscious level.
– These thought loops can be the basis of ‘projections’ that effect our emotional state of being and our interactions and relationships with others.
– We can through pattern recognition recognize when we are operating in a thought loop of subconscious thinking.
– By bringing our awareness and conscious focus to how we think, feel and act, we can recognize behavior repetition or feelings that indicate the presence of this thought patterning.
– This can lead to an inner awakening whereby we can change our lives and create authentic relationships.
