Will This Storm Pass By Me?

Being aware of the energies around me is a life long second nature for me.  That is, feeling into, and monitoring, and checking in on the energies “in the air” around me and expressing these observations to friends; what the energies of the moment are like, and how each wave of energies moves in one big flow that carries us all.

The Full Moon-Super Moon – Building Excitement

I live near the ocean, and the latest series of “weather” incidents, which started on December 14, 2016 with the full moon, reveal a pattern of “the energies” for me personally which I extrapolate to the greater world.  The king tide that day closed streets all over, here.  It was exciting more than it was, anything else.

The First Major Storm

Then last week, the first major storm of January came through where the wind was very, very strong.  I didn’t check the numbers, but it loudly rumbled across the waters and the land.  I couldn’t sleep for the activity of the wind, in fact I felt completely alert, and so I made a fire, opened the screen door, and listened to the wind.  Since I’m parallel with wind activity, the way my home faces, it appears to pass by me.

And, this was my feeling, completely, from this storm:  that this storm would pass right by me.  And I would be safe and sound.  It wasn’t going to effect me in a significant way, in fact, I could feel the love and my angels all around me, and a deep knowing that I would be okay.  That all is and ever was, truly well.

For those of us who are doing their spiritual work, who are self-reflective, and self-aware, for those of us who are aligning with the messages our heart tells us, it’s time to really, really, get, to really know, that all is well.

What I felt that night, was that the storms raging outside of me, the controversies and the angry storms and seeming great dangers of the greater world, would pass me by, just as this storm was doing, as I stay heart-centered, firm in my commitment and reaffirming my alignment with my soul plan and my soul’s journey in this life.

It’s a knowing.  And it’s a feeling like a warm hug, wrapped all around me.

All is Well – Aligning with Our Soul Plan

All is well – this doesn’t mean that nothing happens to us but lovey dovey good stuff.  What it does mean, is that we have developed a soul connection such that we have an inner knowing, that what happens is aligned with our path. We know that our soul is eternal, that every choice we make is our own, that there are no coincidences and that all is arranged from a higher place with a higher knowing… in tandem with us.

Are we only at the effect of our soul’s plan?  Absolutely not – when we claim our self-sovereignty,  when we take responsibility for our choices and our lives in this fashion, we rise to the level of co-creators with our soul, meaning, we in tandem with soul create what will happen.  For me, this is a subtle and gentle process.  But for others, it may not be – it may feel quite different.

The relationship with soul is so personal.

The Storm Today

Today we are in the middle of a very big storm for this area, and luckily without a king tide, because the ocean has risen quite high, which then moves inland up through the creeks, which are flooding.  Combined with the run off from the creeks coming down from the hills, flooding is happening in some of the low lying areas.  After storming all day yesterday, this is supposed to continue on for three more days.

In 2005, a major storm caused water to run through a couple local towns at the four foot level.  There was tricky search and rescue work that was done as brave souls helped those, in the middle of the night, who were surprised to see their streets turned into a river and their homes flooded with water.

Since then so much work has been done on the creeks, both by mother nature and by the human populations.  So, flooding has abated relative to the years before that happened.  In addition, this intense flooding caused the local towns that the creeks run through to put in very loud sirens (to alert residents to flooding) and online communication and alert systems.

It is all working very well from the looks of things, as I drove through the county yesterday, and had to make a many mile detour due to a downed power line on a road we had driven on just the hour before.

All is well.

Being in the Storm

I awoke this morning with a feeling, a feeling of surging, and I looked at the water levels and noticed that the waters, over a period of maybe half an hour, were definitely rising noticeably.  There is a remote possibility that my home could flood inside but at this moment, the probability of this seemed much higher than that.  The energy was surging too, and I checked in with my inner guidance and felt reassured that the waters would not rise high enough to cause flooding into the house.  A half hour passed.

The surging was definite, it was noticeable, and I started moving without even thinking.  Unplugging what was in the wall, putting my electronics and cords up off of the floor, getting my “go bag” ready.  In 10 minutes I was ready to leave the house if I had to drive to higher land.

And then, suddenly, a calm, a pause.  The energy had stopped surging.  It was still there, it was still present in a very big way.  But the element of surging, the pushing, that could have moved the waters eventually into my home, had abated – it was gone.

I did an inner check and, yes, I clearly intuited that no departure from my home was necessary.  I also checked the tide map, and we had just passed the moment of high tide.

All is well.  But, even if I had had to leave my home, this still was and is always the case.  Moment to moment, following the guidance of soul.  This is my journey and on it, surprises happen, and if I am open to see a bigger picture for my life, they may even delight and inspire me.

That many mile detour, yesterday, dovetailed perfectly with my planned meeting with someone in a town a ways away.  I was in the country, and got to take the back roads that led perfectly to my destination, instead of the main freeway.  The drive was beautiful, and refreshing, despite stormy weather.  Downed power line averted.  Crisis passed.

New experience – going okay.

Creating in the New – in Alignment with Soul

What does it mean to create the New world?  For me, this means co-creating with my soul.  And, how do I do that?  The soul works differently than our linear, corporate, planning.  The soul’s guidance is moment to moment, pulse to pulse, heart beat to heart beat.  Yes, we can hold in our hearts our desired outcome.  But the path to live that outcome, when we are at the helm powered by soul, is full of surprises and coincidences, offered to us in our highest good, awaiting our appreciation and joy.

We Have Passed the Energetic Crisis Moment

I like to extrapolate what happens in my “small world” to the broader world around me, because this is how I receive messages about what is going on, and how I understand what my perspective is.

I feel that despite the raging and roaring political and other storms in this country (the United States of America), that we have passed the key energetic moment of peak crisis.  There was a moment of calm, of pause.  And the energy is now on the side of “getting better”.  This does not mean it will be easy, and there is much, much work to be done, both on a personal level by people, and on a societal level.  Much, much work.

I cannot name this moment exactly, but something has transpired to cause this peaking crisis energy to pause, and has stopped the source of it’s virility.

We can take advantage of this drop off in the virility of crisis by imagining and co-creating with focus the world in which we desire to live, and then living this life, to the best of our ability.  But, imagining this life with emotion and intention helps bring this manifestation about in more tangible ways.

It’s up to us, now.  To remake our personal lives, and our society, with our sights on our highest outcomes.  It’s going to take work, and it’s going to take commitment.  But the anti-human energy and virulence behind the greater storms on our world has ceased to receive power from it’s own source, and thus, it’s effects and it’s power will be diminished, until it ceases to exist at all.

We have had help of the highest order. Let’s use this moment to our greatest advantage.

This is only the second day of this four day storm.  May all transpire in the highest good of all.
